So I checked the article and the source they based their article on, but neither provides any details nor studies that show any damage. It's all speculation, since juveniles won't even be back to the region until 2025.
It also claims that majority of people were against it, while it's the opposite. Majority asked for them to be removed for years. Native American tribes in particular even had a long protests asking for them to be destroyed since fishing is a big part of living. Commercial fishing was even closed last year due to lack of fish.
The most stupid point is about algae though. The only reason there is algae in that water is the dams... The blocking of fresh water created the perfect conditions for algae.
Can the same be said about your comment. You don't have nothing to backup your claims.
People should do their own research, like I did. Don't trust me, you, or some random article.
