Bombay Grilled Sandwich. It's usually a vegan dish but also has a cheese variation. Pressure-cooker-boiled-and-mashed potato tastes really great as a processed cheese substitute - personally, I would prefer it with black pepper, salt and MSG.
What goes in as the optional ingredient depends on you - beetroot, radish, capsicum, cucumber. But potatoes, tomatoes and onions are the main ingredients.
I’d never heard of that so I did some looking and wow, that looks so good! I’m going to try to make one, though I’ll have to change up the chutney that seems to be common as I don’t like cilantro.
Kinda reminds me of the Korean Street Toast, except that one has ham. The grilled sandwich I’ve been eating recently is the Charlie Brown. It’s egg salad. So good!
You can use spearmint instead. Try looking for pudina chutney instead of dhaniya chutney.
