Hi everybody! I hope you are excited for a new general thread. I know I am! As always, use this thread for any general questions you might have, recommendations you are looking for, or updates on things you have enjoyed over the past week.

Like normal, please be careful with spoilers. I wrote a guide about spoilers in case you need a refresher on how to handle them (also linked in the sidebar).

Didn't get the chance to read a lot of manga this past week, but I did start Ruridragon, one of @wjs018@ani.social's recommendations for me in the previous thread. Only read Chapters 1-4 so far, but it's really good. And for some reason, I could totally see Aoi Yuuki voicing Ruri if and when Ruridragon gets an anime. Granted that would be way in the future since there's only 7 chapters so far. But it feels like it'd fit.

EDIT: Seems that the 8th chapter released yesterday. I'm not caught up just yet, so I didn't know.

Glad you are enjoying it! If this series keeps up the quality as it goes (and the author keeps up their health), then an anime adaptation is likely. There was a ton of positive attention garnered by the series in its brief first run, enough for them to wait so long for the author's health to improve and still bring it back.

Now we just need Ruri to be a psychopath like Tanya. 🤣
