Just set a recurrent alarm so you don't have to see that popup

I actually want to see a popup like this, with the picture. Something even more horrifying for those under 4 hour nights. Like those lung cancer pictures on ciggys. Perhaps it could help mould my behavior.

It wouldn't help. It just makes you super stressed and have shit quality sleep in those short hours. Don't ask me why I know.
