I wouldn't be surprised if they are on the grid for 26. Fia want to break America so bad it would be crazy not to have another US team.
The FIA isn't the commercial rights holder. They write the rule book. That's it.
The Force India/Racing Point saga shows that a team can be pushed through onto the grid.
You mean the US-American company? WTF? The commercial rights holder is not European, not Arab, not Chinese. Liberty Media is American.
