This is the entire building visible from this particular viewpoint and the shutter speed was around 1/250

I see, is that a lower shutter speed than in daylight, or almost the same?

Edit: wait, when you said totality, you just meant "the whole building"? Not as in a "total eclipse"?

Yep, as mentioned by others this is Alhambra in Spain. If it makes you feel better I was going to make a California joke about Alhambra being in LA, not OC, so it's not just you 😊

This was taken during the sunset, i would say it’s an ok shutter speed for a 35mm focal length

And fixed the title, sorry for the confusion
