Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.
Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.
There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.

Something is happening to all drivers honestly. Majority of people pay no mind to anything going on around them. I’m speaking from my experience in northeastern US, but it’s been absolutely horrendous recently. Soccer moms in their giant SUVs and contractors in their dually f-350s just wardriving around the suburbs without a care in the world.
I've noticed a bunch of adults driving new-ish looking cars in my very car-dependent area that're plastered with "please be patient student driver" bumper stickers & am left to wonder if a bunch of people decided to buy their first car after lockdowns ended, or forgot how to drive during them & think a bumper sticker will excuse their cluelessness.
