Holy shit. Treatments can include injecting PLA?! Literally PLA like the 3D printer filament.

Apparently, PLA is used as a dermal filler. I believe that would include being used in plastic surgery.

The term "plastic surgery" comes from the same root as the material called "plastic" as in "reshaping" and dates back further than the material.
