Ouff. I guess marketing earned their bonuses, sure.
Are you talking about Jeff Kaplan..? He was against making a sequel, and was against locking heroes behind a battle pass.
He is the one that still wanted to make Project Titan work. Overwatch was the crawl, PvE was suppose to be the walk and then they'd have the run with the MMORPG.
