That was Yuzu, they were an actual company with actual funding, so much so that they were able to pay 2.4 million as a settlement.
They pussied out and ran for the hills after what? A day? 2 tops?
So no, probably not happening.
have they paid 2.4 million? Last time someone with supposedly that much funding got fucked over by Nintendo they have been sent to jail, and once they came out had to basically pay rent to nintendo for the rest of time.
The reason we didn't hear anything of that, if I had to guess, is probably an NDA.
From what I heard, they didn't pay that themselves but they filed bankrupcy or something so the government payed it for them
That's precisely because they made a business around it that they got attacked.
