A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.

I think it's interesting seeing people in the restroom. Like if it's just some number 1, conversation time. But if it's number 2, no eye contact, no words to be had. Like you're ashamed of your own (mastodon.social)

Some people are fine with it. If I see a coworker go into the restroom right before me, I'll intentionally wait so I don't run the risk of having to chat with them while standing at the urinals.
