Used to be a normalish YouTuber, who in an effort to seek YT fame turned himself into a giant obese glutton and also started an OF.

YouTube is to draw people with the fetish into the OnlyFans, specifically those who don't really know they have the fetish yet

It's a fetish thing. You can also find women doing this on porn sites, just search for Muffinmaid as an example.
