I could not get through that page. But I did debunk the line,

"For a crime to exist, there must be an injured party. There can be no sanction or penalty imposed upon one because of this exercise of Constitutional rights."- Sherar v. Cullen, 481 F. 945.

Which if we do the barest minimum of research, we learn that

Contrary to Cruz's assertion, the case he cites for this quotation, Sherar v. Cullen481 F.2d 945 (9th Cir. 1973), is not a Supreme Court decision. Moreover, Sherar does not appear to contain the first sentence in Cruz's quotation. In any event, Sherar is irrelevant because it held only that a Government employee could not be fired for failing to agree to a tax examination. Id. at 948.
