Looks really good. Do you have any up close screenshots of the paths? I want to see this area from a pedestrian pov.

Could use work for sure, haven't gotten around to detailing yet (fence around the pool would be obvious), haven't even done bus stops yet but there's a running metro because that makes irl sense lol
