sorry to hear. But also there are a lot of potential reasons not to come out to girl-you-know in highschool. Who knows what she woulda thought right? It could have been cool, but woulda still been a risk.

I've lost touch with everyone I went to high school with.
You ever want to try to find them or? Sounds like she was an okay person. lol I was one of the few into anime back when I was in highschool. I had a few girl acquaintances that I reminisce about from time to time wondering if they had some idea if I was trans but being from such a conservative place I know id have probably just been seen as a cis gay guy.. I got bullied mercilessly but there where some people who would talk to me despite not having friends.
