does not follow. as always, hogs mean only themselves when they say American, and are willing to kill countless Americans with any difference.
This kind of crap is said by everyone who supports fascists everywhere in the world. They have managed to convince themselves that the people they support and the ideologies they hold are not fascist because fascism = bad guy, and they are not bad.
They can't be bad, they hardly own any Nazi memorabilia, just the normal room full, the normal amount just like all their friends.
