L-theanine, an over the counter supplement, destroys the negative effects of overcaffeination totally.

What does this mean in practice? You don't get a post-caffeine crash if you take it together with L-theanine?

I mean the immediate effects of overcaffeination: jitters, anxiety, manic energy, overoptimistic decision-making, not the longer-term ones.

I haven't noticed whether it affects the crash.
