You can find his actual campaign and speeches on youtube as well.
So close on critiquing US foriegn policy, but too queerphobic, bigoted and conspiracy pilled to be a decent human being. He spread wild conspiracy theories about gays and actively campaigned against them during the AIDS crisis.
Think a well speaking Alex Jones running a political party.
