The sad truth is that our archaic culture of Masculine and Feminine implies that strength and body definition themselves are masculine; that softness and daintyness are feminine.
So while you could potentially maximize gains on your thighs and glutes plus a thin waist to create a "world class bakery" style physique, you generally won't ever look more feminine for a balanced workout.
