Jokes on them, I transitioned to listening to same song for the next 6-7years.
Spotify plays always the same songs after a while anyways. There is still no real shuffle in fucking 2024!

meanwhile I've quietly moved to slef-hosting and physical media.
Most of the time there is no lyrics ,or it is simply broken
They started this move almost a year ago. It has broken lyrics on many songs even if you pay for premium service.
I moved to Tidal after watching this video about a month ago, haven't looked back, can still use Spotify ad free when it comes to podcasts, win win!
I don't know if the video calls it out but Tidal also integrates into Plex, which is amazing
Most of the stuff I listen to never had lyrics support or had incorrect lyrics anyway.
