A character with a messy apartment brings over a friend and the friend goes "OMG! You've been robbed!" What scene is this from?

I'm thinking it's from around the 2010s, not recent.

Yeah, I read the thread, none were ringing any bells. I also initially thought it was that Friends scene but Ross doesn't say the line.

Bit late to replying, but there was a UK Yellow Pages advert in the 1990s that followed this same plot. Maybe that?
