So glad the subreddit reopened, because every time I use Reddit on mobile, I want to vent about how awful it is, and I have no where to go.

The user experience on mobile browser is insufferable and I refuse to use the official Reddit app out of spite.

Load times are longer; going back pages will send me back to the top of the page instead of where I left off; constantly misclicking when I want to up/down vote, click the share button, collapse comments, etc.; the mere existence of ads in my feed... Miserable.

Apollo was fucking seamless. Christian deserved so much better for the work he put into perfecting this app.

I tried sideloading a few months ago and just couldn't get it to work no matter how many hoops I jumped through. I see that people are still posting that sideloading works, so I'll give it a try again.

But I'm still so angry they fucked over 3rd party apps.
