Cronenberg is always good for a film full of squishy sounds, lol. and, of course, i always love defoe

That's the only biopunk movie I can even think of.

Are the others? I honestly can't think of any.

Edit: Crimes of the Future! Unsurprisingly also a Cronenberg film, heh. It's not quite as outright biopunk but I think it still qualifies. Fuckin' weird movie, loved it

I'd suggest "Altered States" with William Hurt.

Scientist experiments with hallucinogens and sensory deprivation tanks. The results are...mixed.
