I wish there was a version of it that was like two hours long instead of most of a day. I loved it back in the day but I always found myself craving normality well before the experience was over.

4-HO-MET and MiPLA.

Two (relatively) very short-acting psychedelics. Hard to find though, good luck!

Ha ha no thanks! My drug-taking days are in the past now. Good memories though, and I feel like drugs taught me what I needed to learn.

Very healthy and mature perspective!

I like MDMA more

It's just so easy to get a bad trip on LSD

They were just tiny people inside your TV box all along :o

Someone could definitely program their media player to make it appear as though the actors are waiting for you to press play again. Subtle rise and fall of the chest, blinking, all that.

How about just change the eyes so they occasionally randomly move. This is probably simple enough to implement as a media player plugin or browser addon that could be distributed with pirated games. Just imagine this starts happening at random. Bonus points if it spreads to your other devices.

This is the kind of malware that people should make. None of that cringe "holding your photos hostage until you send me bitcoin" nonsense.

Holy shit. It's actually a great idea.

Then install it on unsuspecting person and watch.

Took me a minute that he wasn’t talking about an actor pretending to be dead, so I was confused at first.

Same, probably wouldn't have understood without the other comments

[–] PeWu@lemmy.ml 17 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Imagine this happened, and you think if you should tell those actors that you can see their movements, and then they look at you. Creepy af

Best to pretend you didn't see anything. You don't want them to realize that you know too much.

You do not recognize the actors in the movie.

Once it clicked, it was kinda freaky. Descent two sentence horror story right there...
