Presidents always have higher ratings after they serve than in the moment. It'd be more interesting to know how this compares with Trump at the same time in his term.
Reminds me of when people were getting nostalgic for GWB because of how bad Trump was. Will Ferrell had to go on SNL to remind people of how terrible a president GWB was.

It's all about having a response when Trump says "Biden wants open borders" in the debate. Biden can say "We had a deal on that, you killed it because you thought keeping the border open would hurt me".
Devolving to "No U" as an argument is kind of weak, but can still be effective with certain voters. This election will be decided by about 8% of voters on the margin in a handful of states, Biden is going after them specifically.
They should read this for a refresher. This, while not great, is far better than Title 42 and the Muslim Ban.

Yes, burying their heads in the sand and downvoting any legitimate criticism of our out-of-touch politicians is sure to make the problem go away.
