I once lived in a street where one of my neughbours was a professional opera singer. She sometimes trained at home (I say "train", because she didn't sing, but just trained her voice). Men, she was so loud. I'd prefer a construction site over that, it was crazy.

Nah, it was mostly "La La La La La La"
I used to sing professionally (they paid me in tacos that one time, it totally counts) and you've gotta exercise those muscles every day to keep the volume and control up. It's nuts.
This one is actually pretty funny, I'm picturing a canary literally saying peep unbearably loud in Thurl Ravenscroft's (of Grinch song, Tony the Tiger, and "no dogs allowed" fame) voice.
