"Can Biden do that?” Mr. Trump muttered to me after he played a shot on his course in Bedminster, N.J. “He says he’s a six-handicap. He’s not a six-handicap.”

Lmfao, Biden is actually messing with his mind. Amazing xD

Thats kinda interesting... Would have thought he denies climate change straight up.

The title isn't entirely accurate, what Trump would do is completely dodge the question asked by the moderators in order to respond to something Biden said. His water comment was responding to Biden.

I don't remember what he said about climate change, I don't think he outright denied it though.

That's probably become increasingly untenable. So he just responds with nonsense instead of a meaningful answer.

He reacted the same way to the question about starving children in the U.S. He immediately pivoted to something Biden said, rambled for almost the entire answer period and then proclaimed that of course he was going to do something about the starving children. For the last 30 seconds. After he was stopped and asked the question again.

Yeah i know this "debate" was just one guy having a stroke and another one having verbal diarrhea... God both of them should be in a retirement home.

His handlers likely gave him 3 topics to remember and told him to otherwise just spew shit (act normal), knowing it would confound Biden.

Maybe his swampy ass can’t outright deny it or it would be visible on screen.

Also, in before: weather vs climate apologists.

[-] YourPrivatHater@ani.social 2 points 2 days ago

Yeah that as well

Maybe he's going to use climate change to explain why the swamps are so hard to drain

Discussion of climate, how it is changing, activism around that, the politics, and the energy systems change we need in order to stabilize things.

As a starting point, the burning of fossil fuels, and to a lesser extent deforestation and release of methane are responsible for the warming in recent decades: Graph of temperature as observed with significant warming, and simulated without added greenhouse gases and other anthropogentic changes, which shows no significant warming

How much each change to the atmosphere has warmed the world: IPCC AR6 Figure 2 - Thee bar charts: first chart: how much each gas has warmed the world. About 1C of total warming. Second chart: about 1.5C of total warming from well-mixed greenhouse gases, offset by 0.4C of cooling from aerosols and negligible influence from changes to solar output, volcanoes, and internal variability. Third chart: about 1.25C of warming from CO2, 0.5C from methane, and a bunch more in small quantities from other gases. About 0.5C of cooling with large error bars from SO2.

Recommended actions to cut greenhouse gas emissions in the near future:
