Fuckerberg said something similar when he declared that privacy as a concept was obsolete in the grand and glorious bazinga future, and then a few days later had an ultra-secret wedding ceremony with an ultra secret guest list in a completely blacked out location. doomer

Also that time he tried to buy even more land around his property or put up a fence or something like that - it's been a long time since I read it - that would have impacted access of native Hawaiian people. For "privacy." Fucking nerd-king.

There's a good amount of libertarian get off my lawn types that do too.

Maybe they just don't see or can't connect how capitalism and enshittification regarding privacy are connected

100% And it shouldn't be too hard. I'm pretty sure it was largely leftists against draconian surveillance that started in the 2000s.
