I feel that "Planet" is too broad to be an acceptable name for a company. Why can't I just start an LLC named "The United States of America?"

I feel like most people reading SpaceNews would probably know, but yeah, it's too generic.

"The Exploration Company" is another super generic one. "Launcher", too.
