Tommy Vietor, former Obama staffer and podcaster, wrote: “I can see why a child loving their parents would feel foreign to you.”

Nice burn. There are some solid ones in the article.

It's worth reading the article for the comments people made criticizing her: "Former Republican strategist Rick Wilson wrote: “Ann Coulter will die alone, and forensic pathologist will discover her withered corpse is nothing but Marlboro reds and box wine.”"

The Coultergeist

Ann Coulter is one of the most repugnant, hateful, hatchet-faced bitches alive. But it's not too late to change, Ann.

You could kill yourself.

Absolute cowardice. Shitheels like Coulter are happy to spew hate and bigotry, but they have the moral backbone of a soggy dog turd. That snowflake melted the second she had to face a little heat.

If you're going to talk shit, Coulter, at least stand up for it.

The Wikipedia entry on her personal life (or lack thereof) is pretty brutal.

Coulter has been engaged several times, but she has never married and has no children.[28] She has dated Spin founder and publisher Bob Guccione Jr.[49] and conservative writer Dinesh D'Souza.[178][179] In October 2007, she began dating Andrew Stein, the former president of the New York City Council, a liberal Democrat. On January 7, 2008, however, Stein told the New York Post that the relationship was over, citing irreconcilable differences.[180]In 2013 it was reported that Coulter was dating actor Jimmie Walker. Coulter responded to the rumors by saying "He’s the one spreading that [dating] rumor! No, we’re great friends. We do a lot of stuff together. … He is so hilarious, so I see him a lot when I’m in L.A., but we are not technically dating.” In 2017, Norman Lear, who created the television sitcom Good Times in which Walker starred on, said of Walker "I love him; he’s a wonderful guy. But I’ll tell you something about him that’ll astound you: He dates Ann Coulter.” Coulter responded to Lear's comments by saying "This rumor spreads every now and then, but it’s never been true. We’re great friends. He’s hilarious and a Republican. Now, that’s news!”[181]

Kellyanne Conway, who refers to Coulter as a friend, told New York magazine in 2017 that Coulter "started dating her security guard probably ten years ago because she couldn't see anybody else".[182]

Coulter owns a house, bought in 2005, in Palm Beach, Florida, a condominium in Manhattan, and an apartment in Los Angeles. She votes in Palm Beach and is not registered to do so in New York or California.[183]

Childless, you say? She have any cats?

I like the chapter in World War Z where the narrator is at a compound full of celebrities when the zombies breach, and sees Bill Maher and Ann Coulter frantically fucking before the end.

I don't remember that, so it's time for a reread!

They're not explicitly named, but it's fairly obvious who they are.

[–] ChronosTriggerWarning@lemmy.world 1 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Either way, it's a great book that i haven't read in a while.

Didn't mean that as dig, just that you have to assume based on context clues.

Oh, no worries, i didn't take offense.

A ghoul who has never accomplished anything and never will, and so feeds her ego by trying to pull everyone else down.
