Interesting.

What's the texture like? Tofu can end up a lot of different ways

I second this. How is the tofu prepped? Pressed? Frozen? I’m always looking for new tofu recipes

Either OP is playing the really long game or they didn't actually make this. The image is from Wikipedia that was taken by some dude in 2015.

Damn. I swear it didn’t say that when I commented!

I wish the wiki post said something about how the tofu was prepared!

Why are you posting links to Wikipedia? I'm not particularly bothered, just curious.

I didn't take the photo, I like WMF projects (such as Wikipedia, Wikicommons, Wiktionary, Wikiquotes, Wikisource, and Wikiversity (for the Wikidebates), and I know it's open licensed. 🙂

~~Almost 1 in 4 are downvotes. The word "vegan" really triggers some people.~~

Nevermind. Bad quality post is the explanation. I've seen the above-mentioned triggering happen enough that I made an assumption. Disregard. 😁

Posting a random image from wikipedia without explanation might be the cause.

[–] wolfeh@lemmy.world 4 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Whoops, I made an assumption there. Post edited.

Yeah, Wikimedia commons... not sure why someone would do that.

because some of their pictures are good. 🙂
