My partner and best friend, the fact that I'm off work for the next few days, that I've got stuff in the fridge to whip up some ramen because that's what I've been craving!

I don't have it in me to be grateful for positive things, I can only praise the absence of problems.

  1. That I don't need to go outside to use the bathroom
  2. That my wager that if I just wait long enough my skin will clear up and I don't need to spend a small fortune on products has paid off
  3. That I don't have chronic physical pain

Nothing really. It's been a downward spiral. I'm alone (live with my family but I don't connect with them) and don't have any type of relationship outside them.

I had a similar reaction to this post title. Firstly, don't give up. That's the most important thing.

If you haven't already, I'd highly recommend seeking out psychological treatment. Your attitude is not necessarily novel but a strong indicator that it may be helpful.

If you don't "click" with the first person you see, don't be afraid to find another.

Got to look smaller. A good cup of coffee? A friend that hears you out? Being grateful for Lemmy where you feel like you can be yourself?

[–] Tracked@sopuli.xyz 0 points 2 weeks ago

Nothing of that it's happening to me. Not even the lemmy part.
