Hi, I am new to Protonmail and not any kind of tech expert, but I went through the process of adding the domain we own to a new Protonmail business account. The domain was previously being managed via Google and it is still currently active on Google until we cancel the service.
Protonmail successfully hooked into the domain and I added the domain email address that I want to associate with the admin account, but I do not seem to be receiving any emails except from other Protonmail addresses. I can email the account from my personal Protonmail address and it shows up in the inbox, but none of the other messages outside of Protonmail seem to be coming through.
Do I have to disable the service with Google before this will take effect? Or have I perhaps done something wrong in setting up the account? Any tips are greatly appreciated.
