I got my first apartment invoice. It has lots of things including water heating, heating, water waste, garbage, maintenance, general electricity etc. So, I'm wondering if this bill is fixed? I will get 3 more separate bills for water, electricity and gas I think. So, this house has central heating, but I can't find any option to on or off or adjust. I should send pictures of meters to landlord. So I'm wondering if that meter reading has anything to do with building invoice, as I haven't sent any pictures yet.

Thanks for any help or advice.
