A) A bunch of lawyers came out and said this probably wouldn't be legal.

B) The Conservative plan to reduce public drug use is to just let the users die... so they can't use anymore. Similar to their policy on climate change, if they burn most of the forests down, we can't have big forest fires anymore either.

No no we log all the forests and remove stumpage fees so multinational corporations can make a few hundred jobs for BC and a few hundred billion profit for shareholders.
