Cathay Pacific has banned a couple who harassed another passenger for reclining her seat. The airline didn't initially handle this well.

I won't recline my seat. Because it really does nothing for me and can ruin the trip for the person behind me.

Sure, but you could, and should not be harassed.

If the airline finds the conduct unacceptable they should not provide seats with the feature.

Reclining your seat is an act of pure evil unless you are sitting in front of a tiny person. Even then it might be considered moderately evil.
