Psychopath who uses, "think of the children" type arguments to keep kids in the dark about sex and grooming whilst he also makes comments about how women are most fertile around 16 and the like. Literally went in front of a school board saying, "well I have a brain" when asked for his credentials on the subject of child education.
Classic conservative who complains so much and with such specificity that I'd be surprised if there wasn't a whole family of skeletons in his closet.

I know I'll get hate for this, but what does "rule" mean in this context? I tried looking it up and can't find anything cogent.
196 has historically required you to post something whenever you visited it, and people had a habit of naming their posts with something containing “rule” if they were posting with the goal of following the rule.
