Probably the only good movie after Infinity War except Spiderman 3. The opening sequence was the best one in a superhero movie. The movie itself is turn-off your brain kind of fun. The overall plot is still mid but the characters kind of feel great. I don't even know who the French guy is but he was probably the most influential character in the movie. Evil Woman Xavier was also great and fun to watch. The irony is great throughout the movie and it regularly shits on Marvel and Disney but still has to be a marvel movie regardless so idk why they tried to both-side the movie when it could've been a pure parody.

Also it's out on Streaming hence it's available for Torrent. I grabbed a copy from 1337x.

French guy

That's Gambit and he's Cajun, also probably one of the most divisive X-Men

You either love him or you hate him

It was also a funny in-joke knowing that Channing Tatum was supposed to have a solo Gambit movie but it was trapped in development hell

The plot was dumb but the characters and jokes were very fun and that carried it.

Yeah the plot was standard multiverse bullshit about someone just trying to destroy universes for fun.

So like most comic book plots.

Gambit rules, also notable recently for making the hogs absolutely fume when he, a series set in the 90s, dresses like a typical hunk from back in the day with a cutoff middrift shirt.

Didn't like it personally (but glad you did) though I have to give respect that the idea of this alter dimension where old characters are banished was the most forgivable reason for a bunch of fan service.

Also the "Van Milder" line and the

spoilerChris Evans
gag were both very good, credit where credit is due.

It was a ton of fun and it made me want to go back and watch Deadpool 2 with the gf and it still holds up

Sometimes you just want some slop. Beetlejuice Beetlejuice was the same way, nothing super substantial but it made us laugh
