Interesting fact: Every single team that has ever gone 3-0 in Swiss has lost the opening first game in the quarterfinal BO5 after their long break with no stage games. (sopuli.xyz)

So we only had 2 Worlds with Swiss, but this is an interesting observation. Is it meaningful yet? Who knows, I'll leave that up for you to decide. I'm just sharing the data.
