Only advice i can give is to avoid putting new patches in the same place if you've got sensitive skin. The adhesive on the patch i used would cause allergic reactions if I didn't change it up
I think you may have rough nights even if you remove it before bed. Even going from cigs to vapes messed with my nights but it gets better and my entire respiratory system thanks me because I don't get sinus infections like I used to. Also you may want to look in to some of the other nicotine replacement stuff like the pouches or inhalers for when you REALLY need a cigarette because depending on the vape liquid it could make your cough worse for a while.
I'm gonna see tomorrow how one patch effects me. I'll take it off two hours before bed. If it's bad with the nightmares I could always cut it up like @Dickey_Butts@hexbear.net said and make it a small dose.
I'm kinda planning on kinda CTing it. Ripped up the last of my cigs this morning because I'm sick and don't want to keep making it worse. The patches honestly helped me with my sleep (in the past, don't have them this time), but I'm probably in the minority. I really want to get to the point I can just do low dose pouches then get completely off nicotine though
Good luck to you comrade
