Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.
There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.

If you buy special expensive fan with wires resistant to heat probably 
, and then you have to wire it safely. but main issue, i think, is that oven doesn't remove humid air, which air fryer does, so it's meh idea
