Look I like to follow, but as soon as someone thinks they are more important than anyone else or thinks their understanding of theory is superior and more important than the discussion, I'm out.

I do. Organized leadership is necessary to an extent.

Silly me just thinks every single person involved should have an equal say in determining the direction and methods in which the leader should lead.

This is why IP is an illegitimate institution.

The realization that some people genuinely think "there is just a natural order, some people are better than others, I know where I fit in, if you try to disrupt that you're saying you know better than God" was a brain buster.
