Pretty interesting video, would have never guessed that back in the day newspaper strips were viewed as more prestigious than comic books. Also a little surprised how apparently there's this giant pushback by the big publishers against making their product easy to find and read, though now that I think back on it it makes sense. Completely anecdotal, but that segment at the end of the video about Marvel and DC is 100% correct for me. As a kid, some relatives at one point got me some Batman comics, and when I couldn't easily find the next ones in the series, I gave up. That complete disregard of comics as not for me persisted all the way into adulthood. The thing that got me back into "comics" as a medium at all was manga, and I still have almost 0 interest in superhero slop beyond stuff like Watchmen.

Breadtube if it didn't suck.
Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.

There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.
A weekly watch party happens every Saturday (Sunday down under), with video nominations Saturday-Monday, voting Monday-Thursday. See the pin for whatever stage it's currently in.
