Seems like the headline to me. But that would sound like evidence of ongoing class warfare by the ultra rich against the poor, so I suspect CNN isn't allowed to headline it.

Is this not partially due to preventative screening for specifically breast cancer?

So you are theorizing that the cancer rate is higher, at least in part, due to the fact that we are looking for it?
