Original Title: TIL UV rays can cause skin damage in as little as 15 minutes of exposure, even on cloudy days. Studies show that ultraviolet (UV) radiation can penetrate clouds and cause skin damage even when the sun is not visible. This is why skin protection, such as sunscreen or clothing, is important always.
