Mayo on the bread, mozzarella cheese, tomato, basil, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper
8 minutes in the air fryer at 370f plus 2 minutes at 400f et voila!
This turned out really good! Seems more like a panini than a grilled cheese, but this was the request I got lol
10/10 would make again!
