Yes, it's a Swedish "Favorit" knitting machine. I have the original warranty card which dates it to 1918!

That's impressive, great to see it's held up all this time!

Some parts are broken but the core function, actually knitting, seems to be in good shape.

Wow! That is really neat! I would love to know more about this venerable old timer and your project.

It's a 1918 "Favorit" knitting machine from Sweden. There's not really a project yet, this was the first try after spending all day cleaning up gunk, dust and hair from the machinery. It's a fascinating piece of technology, though I'm not personally a knitter. That's my wife's thing.
