Almost built only the right hand section left to complete
Is this set 10221? I want this so much, but we were in a real bad spot financially, until a couple months after it retired.

Yeah it is, my wife bought it for me second hand but unopened for my 30th birthday.
I had wanted it for so long but we could never afford it but she saved for ages in secret and kept looking for one cheap enough.
Then surprised me with the giant box

That's a lot of grey pieces. It reminds of filling in the sky on a jigsaw puzzle.
Yeah it was a mission. Especially in the book when I couldn't tell black from grey in the book sometimes
I’d always build these and battleships out of whatever random crap I had, so they’d be every colour like an Imperial Navy Pride flotilla.
