Hi, I downloaded GTA V Enhanced from DODI Repacks and then from SteamRIP, same result, is it a false positive?

Virustotal scan 40/72 bad score: VirusTotal - File - 6d06152a32e94558fe7543a0ce74ee8201355d3884b5357bcca31a7f033f0f3a

RUNE64.DLL detected as trojan too: VirusTotal - File - a184efddc60f12f159131c1a49662460ea766b1d0960423df723ad984d966d6b
