I love the idea of sharing some of our favorite withy stuff here. Here is an amazing book I recently started reading based off of a recommendation by another witch. This in particular is a book that is amazing for how to use magic while you are at your lowest / not at your best physically or mentally. Felt appropriate given… things.

Along the lines of “the old ways are the best”, I have a handful of old Llewellyn books (from the 90’s, I guess you’d call them vintage by now?) that I like to turn to. They’re simple, clear, beautifully illustrated. I’ll have to pull some of them out and post pictures at some point.

There’s just something comforting about re-reading familiar books. Especially when the time when they originally found us was significant.

I have heard some witches that are particularly unhappy with Llewellyn (I think because of the more capitalistic nature of the publishing company). They have so many books that there are bound to be some good ones in there. Would love to hear which ones you enjoy.

Image gone or broken…

What’s the book being shared?

I, a witchy librarian, NEED TO KNOW.

For reasons.

The image still shows for me, but it’s the cover of “Witch in Darkness” by Kelly-Ann Maddox. Also “witchy librarian” sound like such a fun time.

It works for me now on a different device. I’ll go back later on my phone and see.

Thanks!

Witchy Librarian is indeed fun times.
